Based on the results of the poll, we have introduced:
1) We changed exhausted system for healing: - Exhausted time to use Ultimate Healing Runes (UH) is 40ms - Exhausted time to use Healing Spells like exura, exura vita etc.. is 40ms - You can use UH and exura/exura vita simultaneously. 2) Added bonus **+5% target max HP scaling** to all spells * Helps damage scale vs high HP players. * Prevents low levels getting one-shot by flat damage buffs. * Makes high level EKs less unkillable. * No PvE impact (players only). Information: [X] Level Scaling: Your percentage-based damage depends on your level relative to your target's level. [X] Fair Fight: If your level is equal to or higher than the enemy's, you deal the full bonus +5% of their max HP. [X] Challenge Penalty: If you attack an enemy with a much higher level than yours, your damage is proportionally reduced. Examples in Practice: A level 100 player attacking a level 1000 enemy will only deal +0.5% bonus damage instead of +5%. A level 900 player attacking that same enemy will deal +4.5% bonuis damage. No Over-Level Bonus: Being a higher level than your target will not increase your bonus damage beyond the base 5% cap. [GAME] Due to the survey results we changed the number of bosses which can be spawned for items to unlimited.
[WEB] - To Items List page we added column "Items on Server" where we count all items on server player items, player depot items and player houses. - we added NPC List page, which conatins npc who buy items (item name, image and price) Remember changes is applied after server save (restart) 21:00 <=> 09:00 p.m. Posted by Scorpion |

We changed server rules since today 21:00 using dashbot is illegal.
IV. Legal Issues 1.
